Some games aren't meant to be played by kids and that's perfectly fine, if you want to play games with your kids then go buy a game that is kid friendly. We also don't know how much worse it gets, and while the game so far might not have shown that disturbing of scenes, that doesn't mean the full game won't and that still doesn't factor in that there are many darker subjects brought up in the game.
Oh and through datamining someone found things that point at Shadowheart getting tortured at some point which could end up being very disturbing for all we know.
There already is torture in EA, we can even choose to be the one ripping a dude's toe nail off, that alone is enough to disuade anyone from wanting their kids playing it.
Right I forgot that was an option since I never did it. Then there is also the guy self flagellating which you can also partake in.
Seriously though, I always consider Violence more inappropriate for children compared to pornography. Obviously I would prefer kids have neither. But I'm seeing it get put under the same weight as gory violence here.
Little gay but besides that
Lmao.
