Are Cantrips going to scale with level?
I know in table top Cantrips are supposed to scale with level to keep them somewhat relevant. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if they will or not, its been awhile since i played a magic character in the table top so i forget what levels they're suppose to start scaling, so I'm not sure if they would in early access considering its only level 4 or if I just haven'y noticed it. I would hate to be playing a wizard in a long dungeon not be able to rest and be stuck with a level 1 firebolt hitting for 1d6 against a 150+ hp character.

I believe they do scale, yes.

I don't see why they wouldn't. We'll know once we have access to 5th level.

Sadly thats how it is, I think the cantrips start to add damage dice with Level 5 or 6

Cantrips are simple spells. They don’t get stronger as you level.

completely incorrect. They increase their damage by an additional dice at levels 5, 11, and 17.

Cantrips are pretty good atm. In fact some of them are op imo. Aside from the damage part.

And at this moment you can only obtain level 4 so they do not grow stronger as you level currently.

In 5.0 cantrips level with your character but not with your class. Their bonus is that they can be cast at will, without using a spell slot and without being prepared in advance. Non-damaging cantrips stay practically the same, but damaging cantrips increase in power or else they would become obsolete. They are basically nothing but magic tricks.
