So Fighters Won't Get Martial Styles?
Are styles going to be added? I'm personally fine with another Divinity style game from Larian... but I do think having the basics of each class and race from D&D in the game by release is required.

well this is early access with maybe 20-30% of the actual content, so yea.. can probably expect "the basics of each class" to be in the game at that point

Fighting Style is in the game, at level 2 for fighter. Not sure if that's a bug or an intentional change, but it really does not take long to hit level 2.

Fighters' have been NERFED and weakened beyond reason. They are now INFERIOR to other combat classes, receiving the fighting style on the SECOND level, as if a fighter was a paladin or a ranger. Disgusting.

It might just be an oversight

Or to allow us to choose it for Lae'zel. Honestly, it's not a big difference between getting it on lvl1 or 2 since you get to lvl2 basically right after the tutorial and you don't really need it for tutorial...

Such a difference is essential, especially envolving Barbarian multiclass.

this is absolutely nonsense, we have no idea how much of the game is ready... LMAO.
who are you trying to fool with that ?

Uhh yeah I just woke up in the ship and um... I'm seeing a lot of recycled assets from Divinity. I can see why, if I was a D&D veteran, I'd be quite disappointed.

Good thing I'm fine with more Divinity.

Wow you are just an absolute blast in every thread i see you in. It's not even an attack on your precious game. I remember reading somewhere (sure, random source) that the EA had 20-25 hours of content and the full game might be around 80-100. partially based on the fact its act 1 of 3

And while the source is a mystery, What is your problem?

I mean, going by D:OS2, the first act was roughly 30-40% of the game. Had the most polish. etc.

Eldritch Knight in game = no refund. Seriously not only are melee/mage hybrid my favorite class archetype in any game ever, but my first D&D character was an Eldritch Knight. Now I just have to pray we get Aasimar eventually so I can channel my Fallen Aasimar.
