Forced to kill Pandirna

Went into the storage area where Pandirna sit on the floor paralized. Didn't have any healing spells at hand, so I camped. Came back, gave here the healing spell, but THE DOOR CLOSED. because it is Red, clicking on it has Panairna telling me to "stop it" So... I cannot leave unless I kill her. I think this isn't an intended situation.

You can climb onto the roof using the boxes stacked in the corner and jump down.

This is still a problem. I talked with her and didn't agro her, then I cured her paralyzed condition with my paladin ability and she immediately attacked me. I don't understand what turned her hostile.

If you fail the skill check, she considers you as an intruder. I believe if you cure her, she is just able to attack you.
Just did a new run a few days ago, and it worked.
There is a bug where you can see doors closed even if they are opened. Could be part of the problem.
But you can open the door without being hostile ( or steal everything in crates too). You have to make her looking on the other side (illusion spell), hide and open the door.

You can also open your map and fast travel directly to a netherise glyph which would be a way to leave the room with no combat

mmhh just kill her consider it job experience.

You can also port out to the waypoint. From what I seen the closed door is only visual. You cant shoot through but you will walk through.
