Hold down ALT. Looted items will have the name change (empty) after them if you've... emptied them.
Looted items change from gold to silver if you've opened them.
Two massive errors in your second point: not so much the game, but PLBKAG.
Party size is a double-edged sword. Any 5e DM knows that a jump from a 4 to 6 person party doubles the length of combat and adds scaling issues. 4 PC + 8 goblins now becomes 6 PC + 12 goblins. Surprise, lack of AoE spells, enemies getting in rear lines, group initiates, etc. now becomes utterly deadly. Possible they can do it, but I can see why it isn't in EA.
Some of us prefer.. FIX IT.. We've paid for this.. so now you get it right.
Having played DOS2, I can tell you that the other way around is far more annoying. It's much easier to unchain someone for the 2% of the time you want to split the party, than the 98% of the time you want them tofether.
Check keybindings. It's alt.
I'm sorry, but what in the actual ♥♥♥♥ is this pile of objectively false ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?
Eh, subjective criticism is subjective.
Radical improvement tbh. The originals shouldn't have been turn based.
Oh no, innovation! Seriously, if you played the originals, you'd know that's a blessing in this day and age.
And I sincerely hope they ignore you so we wind up with a quality product.
You've literally made three posts stating you consider the price too high and won't be buying it at the RRP. You also have no mouse by your name (although, no doubt, you will now claim to have bought it on GoG).
At least keep your trolling non-contradictory.
Refund it, re-buy it in a year when it's done.
Really don't agree with OP's very subjective criticism at all.
100% the interface was definitely designed for a console and very poorly ported for PC. The camera angle cant be adjusted up and down making it impossible to see very far forward, camera does not follow properly forcing you to use the rotate keys to keep it aligned behind char. Center and zoom keys are badly placed cant use them and the mouse at same time and seriously click to move is console garbage.
The game looks like it could be fun but the seriously bad PC interface compleatly ruins it.
