Wicker Basket in Tiefling hideout accros Chasm

I'm trying to figure out how to get this darn basket, cant jump across and mage hands doesnt work, Any ideas?

Wait until you get a triple powered jump spell on a character? That's how I've gotten a couple of out of the way things.

If it isn't a chest it most likely has absolute garbage in it and isn't worth the effort. Sad but incredibly true in this EA.

Wizard with the Jump spell or a spell scroll with the Jump spell.

this may be old, but i had the same problem and found this topic via google... I found out that you can use Lae'zel's Gith psionic: Mage hand to throw the container to you (it will most likely break but the contents then lay to your feet) - alternatively she also has at higher levels psionic jump.

If you use Lae'zel's psionic jump and open the basket you get gold (approx. 120gp) and a piece of jewelry (40gp worth-> sell for 20g?). If you smash the basket you only get the gold.

It contains random loot. But I think slightly better than normal. I got a potion.

12 g and a potion of speed. used misty step to get across.

That's how I got it , 12g and a alchemy ingredient

I summoned the Mage Hand on the other side, and used it to throw the basket back across.

I wild shaped my Durid into a cat, and had Karlach throw her across. Minor damage to my druid but I got to the box. Everyone in my group followed me over so I had Karlach throw me back the same way to leave again.
