Kill Kagha?

At one point you may get the task to kill Kagha. While I pretty much understand why I should do that it seems to be a risky path to go, considering the consequences this may have in the long (or even the short) run. Can someone who did it spill some light upon the repercussions?

Well, I didn't follow that path, however I'm assuming you're referring to being tasked with this by the goblin leader? If so I'm assuming this will result in the slaughter of the entire grove

Oh, another possibility to kill her. No, the Tiefling chief (Zervox? Or similar) asked me to do it.

The Tiefling Leader can also give you this task out of desperation.

If you ever played a Larian game, there won't be any long run consequences as you'll never set foot on the starter island again.

I'd kill Kagha regardless of the path. She isn't likeable at all, I see no reason keep her among the living.

It's kind of a wink and nod thing. You can bring it up in conversation and he agrees that it's a viable option but isn't real thrilled about it.

I don't care too much about her either - but I thought it might be a good idea not being banned from the place or something like that.

you can actually find out that Kagha is helping the shadow druids

Does she? I'm not surprised. Her behaviour reminded me of them. I've killed her, by the way. Funny, though: No reaction whatsoever from the rest of the druids. They don't even say "good riddance" or something. Let alone attack me ...

if you didn't kill her,and expose her as shadow druid helper, then convince her that she chosen the wrong path, the main druid forgives her and there is an option later to kill her during celebration at your camp

When talking with Arabella's parents the Druids all decided to attack the Tieflings and then proceeded to lose the fight, Druids all dead, Only a few Tieflings remaining. No idea why they decided to do it, but hey, that's a solution

I just killed her. No assignment.
After the little dwarf decided to poison me, and the girl died from a viper.
And then I stole the idol and killed the rest of the druids.
It was easy at level 3.
I have no regrets about this.
