Witch Bolt..How do you activate the arc for the 2nd & 3rd arc?

The spell adds a "activate witch bolt" button to your hotbar. If you're like me your first page is full so try cycling to your 2nd or maybe even 3rd page (the little tiny SUPER EASILY MISSED arrows on the right side) to find it.

Do you happen to know how to re-cast HEX? I been looking for something

That I don't know. I haven't tried that spell yet.

Like Witch Bolt look for an icon/option in the hotbar to transfer the Hex to a new target -- assuming that the original target is dead and you have maintained Concentration.
