This game turn based like pokemon wtf.
So dumb.

Wish it was RTS with pause like real games. Not turn based like some mobile games.

You know for a fact ALL the Baldurs Gate games prior to this released on PC $ console were "Real Time"
Everyone told them not to make the mistake of making this turn based.
Because now EVERYONE HAS TO PLAY AT THE SAME SLOW PACE.
It would have been fine to have Real Time with pause and also turn based so they can use it.

But ya just calling you out for misleading information. You do know people are buying videos games.... the majority have not touched the pen and paper and like I said dnd games are all real time on pc and console this is the exception to the rule.

People do not like being FORCED to play slower.... and why ruin a perfect thing. Real Time with Pause was perfect. Turn based it not at all realistic logically.

If 1 person faces 4 enemies..... everyone takes their turns independantly .... as opposed to a real scenario where all 4 enemies and yourself act together in real time. Real time is obviously realistic and turn based is like playing a board game.

If its your turn... and you are casting a spell you do not have to worry about your timing... because its turn based.... you will not be attacked....
see what happened? the game lost depth. Strategy was removed. No longer can you time a magic missile attack to interrupt another spell caster because .... now its there turn... BORING.

this is D&D, turn bast is fine. Mobil did not invent turn bast play. go back to the OG Fall Out. Septera Core, even Chess is turn bast.
