Halsin never visits my camp?
I rescued Halsin, but he never appears to visit my camp. I beat the goblin leaders, met him back at the circle, and then spoke to Rath. Now, whenever I speak to him, he says "We'll speak tomorrow." The log says he'll meet me at my camp. I go to camp and go to sleep. No dice!

Is this bugged, or is this event just not in Early Access yet?

The conversation with Halsin is tied into the defeat the goblins quest. You'll run into Halsin at a celebration at your camp. Note that some quest are grouped under a larger quest and you may have to complete multiple quest to proceed further. Hope this helps.

I apparently skipped talking to the goblin leaders and went straight to the dungeon to rescue him, beat the encounter and panicked at the end and just beat him unconscious. Now he's just standing there and I can't talk to him, is that how it's supposed to be or did I bug it?

You have to talk to Rath first, and then Zevlor. Zevlor will then take you to a party at your camp, and then you'll get the event.

I found that I literally had to wait until Zevlor said "Come on everyone, we're leaving" and immediately click the long rest button. If I waited too long, it didn't happen, and if I clicked it before he said the leaving shtick, nothing happened.

He's showing up at my camp but I can't go to bed to end the partying? Is this as far as the game goes right now?

No, I made a point to talk to everyone in the camp and it allowed me to go to bed, the "quest" picking up right after. The very next quest you get, to go to some towers, is actually the end point for early access right now.

I killed all the goblin leaders before meeting Halsin. After returning to groove, there is no party and I cannot go to Rath, it is full of poison cloud. Anyone else has this issue? :(

The party isn't in the grove, it's in your camp after returning to the grove and talking to Halsin. Are you sure you killed everyone and explored the whole goblin area? There's an NPC with some not so good plans for the grove tucked in a corner... (Also just might've bugged but I killed everyone and went into the holding cells to find everyone dead, then went to the grove and talked to Halsin just fine. Seems like there's a lot of variables with this quest and I definitely broke it a few times before I got him to show up.)
