If you have some fancy arrows, try putting fire or acid down beneath the goblins. Electricity can spread and kill Finbar, so avoid that if you want to save him.
Also, if the one guy summons the warg or whatever it is, kill the summoner instead of trying to kill the beast, since the beast will get unsummoned if the caster dies.
Thanks for this! I keep forgetting that we can interact with the environment. Killing the goblins was the easy part of me for some reason. Kept the guy alive but didn't have a way to heal him. Is there a way to give potions to NPCs?
Yes - I used ShadowHeart to cast a healing spell.
I have stopped the goblins from killing him and he just stayed unconscious forever. I couldn't wake him up and there was no consequence to it that I could see. Seems like he's supposed to die.
