Defiled Temple Floor Puzzle Bugged.

Has anyone found a fix for the texture bug this puzzle has, it's almost as if the tiles are stacking on one another and leaves one blank.

Same issue for me. I've read you can use perception to find a lever in the room as another way past

same, i saved and exit the game, then it worked next dax i come back and its bugged

same tiles start missing pieces and does not shift the patterns when the plates turn.

It happens if you interact with the puzzle w/o solving it, save and reload. This happened to me when I stumbled onto the puzzle the first time with my rogue separated off from the party without getting to the journal. I took a stab at the puzzle with zero context (got it backwards) and came back with the full party later. The tiles overlap, randomly swap, leaving some socket empty, making the puzzle impossible.

Sadly, I had encountered it some 60 hours before my current save. Losing pretty much the entire playthrough wasn't ideal, there are two other places to enter the Underdark though. So you can just avoid it altogether.
