Try making sense. No one is trolling, except possibly you. Please show where you run into the issue. I have not had such an issue, or have heard of one until now.

Can you screnshot that popup? this seems quite unusual. Maybe it's your firewall or antivirus getting in the way.

You are not being trolled, none of us got a pop-up about installing something called "net code". I personally have no idea what it is or why you are getting that.
A screenshot would be helpful cause we have no idea wtf you are talking about.

Make sure your OS has all of the updates. dotNet is Microsoft code. Some OS version have different versions of this software, so a system update may correct the issue.

Otherwise, you will have to download and install the correct version of dotNet.
