I'm 50 and still play D&D5e as well as BG3. To "Screen Shot" just check your button layout in the "Options Menu". There you will find out witch key is is bound to.

hit print screen button on keyboard, open up a paint file and hit paste (Ctrl V)

well if you want to post it here, press F12 ,then go to your steam account screen and you will see the picture you just took. click on the picture, on the bottom right will be share button, make public and press upload.
then what i usually do is go to screenshot tab (on the right side of discussions), drop down arrow for recent, find my screenshot, click on it, there is a screenshot path top left corner, copy it and then paste in the text box here

This is a good way to do it with great directions.

Slightly Dif way then Sethmage instructions in case you were having troubles.



1. F12 to screen shot.

2. Tab out or Exit game.

3. on the game page in your library you should see the pic.

4. click on it and hit SHARE lower right. Make sure it is PUBLIC

5. Press upload.

6. Find your NAME at the top of the screen page.

7. drop down menu. CONTENT

8. Click on picture to select it.

9. Right Click picture and select copy.

10. Come back to this thread and right click chat window and select PASTE.
