EA is only up to level 4 so not sure
BG1 and BG2 had a ton of summoning potential, particularly BG1. You could have a literal army of low level skeletons running around as cannon fodder. BG2 put a summon cap in but you could still get multiple summons running around with you very easily and early.
D&D 5e really doesn't seem to support that playstyle. It's understandable... that's a lot of book keeping. I think the last edition that did was 3.5. In 5e you have things like the hexblade (summon a single specter buddy on killing a humanoid) rather than "Animate dead" which you can cast 6 times a day and each cast summons multiple skeletons. But the game even after EA isn't going to system level cap from what I've heard. And EA is keeping it very low.
I wouldn't expect to have a horde of minions.
BG3 has a level cap of 10, so good luck with that....
For the OP: there's not really a warlock summoner class, that's more a druid thing in D&D. Even the new/being tested (i.e. not in base game) Warlock Genie pacts ( http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/warlock:genie ) don't get summon elemental and/or summon Genies.
So, not really. Until you hit 9th level slots and cast Gate, of course.
Er, no they do not.

It's a spell from A spell from Xanathar's Guide To Everything, Conjuration, and is hideously badly balanced and terrible. It should be called "Summon Minor Demon who probably will pass its wis saving throw on the 1st round then attempt to kill your under-levelled punk conjuror"

I also used an UA subclass. i wouldnt be overly surprised to see some XGE spells if they fit the lore and everything but yeah not something to expect
"Summon Minor Demon who probably will pass its wis saving throw on the 1st round then attempt to kill your under-levelled punk conjuror"
That reminds me BG2 summoning elementals
