Can I buy real estate?

Like stores or housing or brothels because a great RPG needs this in every game.

Well i am not sure if the are going to be implemented but there ritual spells in D&D like Leomund's Tiny Hut that give hut , house , castle , area but due to the camp mechanic i am not sure if they are in BG3 , they could be

Leomund's Tiny Hut lasts for 8 hours.

I'd see that as possibility to make camping save, but definitely not as owning property.
Like, use a spell-slot before camping to make sure you won't get attack within the first 8 hours of camping.

There are a lot of spells that are way too hard to implement in a game, or way to strong.
Especially with a list of ~362 spells (PHB only)

but it was almost never used
like 90% + of the time it was never realy used by the players In fact I cant realy think of a single Pre-made that had players buying a house and then sow the fields and such

you are correct in that premades didn't utilize it, or if they did not much. In truth thats probably do to those that play D&D as well as fact that questing, slaying monsters is far more exciting then playing.

All the while fighting off the lustful gazes upon his beautiful daughters (cause everyone plays beautiful player characters. okay not everyone).

You wouldn't happen to know the page numbers for those, me and my Dm have been looking for such. And yeah I have noticed the spoiler, it's more just the marrow with splinters around it. Though it may be because I like 3.5 and it's lists then 5e

DMG pg. 129 for the table, special features is 141, sentient is 214 and artifacts is the section right after. Xanathar stuff start at the page 128

I was wondering when someone would pop that question here lol, since I do post a lot of youtube links! I've basically got a sorted list of bookmarked vids to represent "feelings" like emoji's but in video-form. xD

I've gathered so many long ago, & got other lists too, so whatever I'm feeling or pops to mind I can instantly express lol. I'm waiting for the day for a user to snap & say, "Wes I can't take it anymore!!! Stop with the damn links to get your points across!!" That's when I know I need to take a long break & say the words only lol.

Oh & won't hold my breath about "real estate", maybe will get something small to upgrade our camp but nothing dramatic of course. It would be neat to build a little community that surpasses DAO's version. There's an opportunity for Larian to capitalize by adding some building mechanics that dao never had to surpass that game even further.

Honest I don't mind links to vids especially funny ones, and your not the only one to do so. I've seen another that does so. Wether I watch them or not is another matter entirely.

You could gain control over a castle in BG2. You saved it from trolls and if you were a warrior they would offer you to be lord. It was fairly basic from what I remember but there were a few side quests associated with it and it got attacked. You could mess with taxes and such.

Yes, but that was only for a figher class. If you are let say paladin, you basically get a room in the High Hall of the Radiant Heart. Although a room doesn't really pay it justice. Its more of a cellar when you compare it to the castle...
