You do realize that there are plenty of reasons to use steam, but not want to own games via steam.

Exclusives, backups, drm, etc. etc.

Super High IQ, obviously.

Exclusives are ♥♥♥♥ for the industry, Epic is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ass cheeks. Using Steam to find out how to not use Steam, what a low IQ Epic Games Store move. That would be like breaking the ToS of a store intentionally then sue the store.

When I mention exclusives, I'm talking about games that aren't available on gog, gamersgate, etc. but are available on steam.

No-one mentioned epic dumbass.

It's almost as if steam has a public forum in which you can ask questions. Far from your example.

I don't know, I'd probably think the low IQ moment would be the person who doesn't understand why somebody would ask about a game on a more trafficked online community.

You tend to get more replies here than the GOG forums so people will logically tend to come here to discuss. It would frankly be weird if they didn't, especially when Steam has no requirement for you to buy a game on their platform in order for you to talk about the game on their community boards.

Anyways, the game is coming to GOG as well where you can get it 100% DRM-Free. It's where I'm getting it for sure, I don't know however if early access is coming to GOG but I don't want early access so that's a moot point for me.

That's a nice aggressive thread.

Either GOG or Steam, who gives the EA developers more stake?

Does Steam still take 30% off EA titles? how much is that at GOG?
