Multiclassing
I am not very good at dnd, so I would be grateful if you could help me sort out my question about multiclassing.

So, for example, I want to start of as a paladin. My main attributes as paladin are strength and charisma. Can I multiclass in any other class, assuming I have minimum attribute score? Like paladin x ranger? And will this be usefull? Or should i stick with classes that rely on strength or charisma, and make something like paladin x barbarian?
Does multiclassing certain classes unlocks special abilities? For example will you unlock super healing ability if you multiclass cleric and paladin, which is unavailable to any of these classes without multiclassing? xD
And finally, is there even a point in multiclassing, considering lvl 10 is a cap lvl?

Yes, you can multiclass, into any other class in 5e so long as you meet the minimum requirement.

Paladin/Bard. Paladin/Warlock. Paladin/Sorcerer may be easy to multiclass into since they are Charisma based classes.

And yes, it can be very, VERY useful.

Say, for example, you start off as a paladin. You get to level three you can choose the oath you want to take and have the features of that paladin subclass. Then you get to level four and instead of leveling up your paladin even more, you decide to take on the bard class and start leveling that up.

You will get a lot more spell slots for your Holy Smite attack that paladins can do, and when you get to level 6 you can choose your bardic subclass.

If you chose the College of Swords for your bardic subclass, you could then use your inspiration to increase the damage of your attacks as well as the Holy Smite to add extra damage on top of that.

This allows you to truly maximize your capabilities in combat, you just won't get the better Paladin spells and abilities because you'll get the bardic ones.

Or you could be a barbarian so you can rage and reduce incoming damage while having your health increase the most of all the classes, then subclass into a fighter so you could gain extra attacks and have a second wind to have some minor healing and an action surge to attack all over again.

As for super healing....not really. It does allow for very creative uses of both classes abilities and powers.

Oh, one more thing. Can you make triple multiclasses? Like paladin/fighter/barbarian for example?

You could in previous editions and in Pathfinder but I have no idea if you can in 5e. I'd imagine you can.
As for whether you'll be able to do so in the game? We still don't know if multi-classing will even be a thing.

Sure, if you wanted to. You'd just have to have the minimum stats required for all three classes.

I read the translated version of AMA. And it said that the rules of the multiclassing closely follow the rules of the 5th edition. Not sure if I would be able to find original tho

This is 100% acurate, and it does reply the OP questions. I would choose it as the answer.

Do you still have any doubts about this subject @ТАРГОВИЦ ЛЮБОВЬЮ?

Sure, if you wanted to. You'd just have to have the minimum stats required for all three classes.
So in summary:
1) If i want to multiclass paladin the best options are charisma based classes.
2) Multiclassing is definitely not useless.
3) There is a possibility to have triple multiclass.

Thank you very much for your answers!

That is right. Also, Sorcadin is a famous/classic Sorcerer+Paladin Multiclass choice. You may want to check that build, it's very cool.

You're welcome. As TrueWarlord just said, sorcerer is a great class to multiclass into.

If you say so.
I haven't read the thing since it came out so I'll believe you.
