VR support
Hi all, as someone who played few isometric like VR games (MOSS for example) I think it would be fantastic to be able to "watch" BG3 from a VR perspective and handle decisions using controllers. 2D monitors are great, do not get me wrong, but there is a special sense of presence when you watch from isometric VR view, it is as you are commanding your own troops from an invisible giant eyes (a very tall one ).

I think that VR will bring the isometric D&D to a new level that is worth the investment, and I even suggest Larian to Kickstarter only that feature and take it into their "engine" considerations.

Hope for the best.
Cheers

VorpX might work too, but I haven't tried it.

VR would be neat. I'd play it in VR a little, but it would have to be really kick ass awesome for me to play through the whole game in VR.

Gonna test Vorpx after work. Divinity OS 2 worked with Vorpx so maybe this will as well.

vorpx has an official profile and states it does 3d, yet its not in 3d at all for me, not even slightly. i have no problem using any other profiles in any other games and seeing at least some depth. this has none. idk why they advertise it as working, it even talks about it in a UI hint when you load the game with the profile, yet its completely flat

Maybe someone will do a VR mod in the future.
By now you can play the game with REshade VR 3D depth plugin and Virtual desktop.
You will get a massive or huge screen at your taste with 3D Depth like in VR.
It's like a window with depth and with the Pass through of the Quest 3 activated it's the best way to play in my opinion.

I'd love to play this in VR just for the visual improvements like the 3D effect and everything.

Also worth mentioning... this is the type of game in which immersion matters... and nothing makes you feel more immersed than VR. They should definitely add VR to Baldur's Gate 3.

Lil bit late, but I can't manage BG3 to work with ReShade... I selected .exe and DirectX 10/11/12, but Depth map is always black or white depending on setting, what did you do to make it work?
