By now you can play the game with REshade VR 3D depth plugin and Virtual desktop.
You will get a massive or huge screen at your taste with 3D Depth like in VR.
It's like a window with depth and with the Pass through of the Quest 3 activated it's the best way to play in my opinion.
Also worth mentioning... this is the type of game in which immersion matters... and nothing makes you feel more immersed than VR. They should definitely add VR to Baldur's Gate 3.
