Let's be honest when someone says Baldur's gate, Dark alliance is the last thing most people think of, if at all. Not to say they were bad or anything but it's not what the franchise is known or popular for.
It took place in/under Baldur's gate (or atleast the first game did) but apart from that it had very little in common or associated with the core games. I believe they just wanted to tap into the console market and used the brand name to build the game off of.
That said it was actually half decent and pretty fun, if completely unconnected.
I was joking, I knew what it was.
I was weary of PC-to-console shifts since I was young, having played the Ultima games on NES... Dark Alliance was avoided.
Actually number 1 and 2 could get PC ports.
This is the day and age where all old console games are coming to PC.
Still rather have BG3 more though.
For some reason he wanted to play it with me but it was pretty short for a game.
Not dead, he is just a stuck up arsehole that blew a million on a condo in Hawaii he cant afford anymore instead of doing ANYTHING he promised all his kids. Didn't even invest any money while I'm over here with easy proof of doubling what rocks I have available.
It was also a pretty fun game for a fourteen year old. (think thats how old I was anyways)
