How do you build the boat??

There's pieces of the boat on the island, i remember one being an engine which was at the top of the tallest mountain, and i think there was the cabin somewhere else, its a case of look around for it.

yeah but how do you pick them up and move them? i try every button, just cant seem to figure it out...

Each boat peice has a item requirement needed to get them. Except the one in the tree. Just cut the tree and the sprites will take the peice back to the location. Just pay more attention on what each boat peice needs from the sprites (and animal) to get them. Some would want plants and such, while some would want a statue.
If you still cant get the boat peices, even after you completed what they wanted.
You may have an old version or broken one, and might need to reinstall or update your game.
