@Hi-Bit Studios I can see that you've posted an update on the Kickstarter campaign last March 10, 2023 called "The future of 198X". Unfortunately, you've also made this update available only for backers to view.

As many of us who have purchased your game here on Steam are also eagerly waiting for the sequel, it would be great if you could please share the good news with us as well!

Same here. It's absolute crap how they promised a continuation and then make us desperately wait for it. I loved the first part and want the next.

Yeah, any form of communication would be nice. Even Stray had more communication, and that was practically nothing.

What future ? Did you finish the game ? It's clear you get into an argument with your poor mother that tries desperately to stir you out of your unhealthy escapism and you have such an argument that you slap her in video game form, to stay politically correct, the end boss of the kill screen game is your mother, you inflict violence upon her until a day she cannot take it anymore and shut your console / game down.

You become a looser and a bum that doesn't do any good at school, you loose the trust of your mother and continue being delusional and living in your imagination like a drug addict.
