Both. It's a good game, but many players tend to make if the meme-farm.

mediocre game with stiff controls and many bugs. like getting a boost and fall off a cliff, only to be respawned in the level and resume with the same boost resulting to fall of the same cliff again.

I mean the game is $1.49 on sale, you kind of get what you pay for. It's definitely not a terrible game, but after 15 hours I got all the achievements and without a huge online player base, the game isn't too amazing.

The achievements basically compose of getting 3 puzzle pieces per map and then unlocking all modifications for every car. This basically means beating all the time trials on 150cc and winning all Grand Prix’s in 150cc. It can definitely be done quicker than 15 hours because I took my time and played multiplayer with some friends but I think 15 hours is a good ballpark if you want to 100% it.

I think over skill, your cart and mods matter in this game. My suggestion to get "better" is beating the time trials in bronze to get all the mods for Odie's car as he is widely considered the best. Then, you beat them in silver, then in gold. Only by unlocking the previous tiers does the game get easier.

in all seriousness, the game is fine. It is about what you'd expect from a game you would see at Dollar General. There isn't anything amazing about it, but it's Garfield, and that's where the charm is.
