Blue Moon Sign quest

After defeating the roosters, I didn't have enough inventory space to pick up the Blue Moon Sign. It ended up on the ground in a small bag. The quest moved on to the next step (install the sign) but I didn't have it, which was very confusing.

Ideally, this quest would have additional smarts about whether the player actually picked up sign after defeating the roosters, and point the player to where-ever the item is if they aren't currently carrying it.
