Cornered Beasts Quest Not Triggering

I've just finished up another game since the update, and for some reason the Cornered Beasts quest never triggered. By extension, Andy's Last Wish never triggered either, despite having near-max friendship with Logan. Incidentally, this also means I'm unable to reach the chest containing the last Armor Display relic.
