NPCs teleporting, not moving, endlessly running, or always hanging out in the wrong place
I've been searching for a solution, but not finding anything useful. My NPC's are completely messed up. Some don't move around town, others like Captain constantly run hyper fast everywhere. The writer is always sitting at the table to the right of the stage, while owen and grace just stand at the opposite side of the room facing the stage. Plus NPC's from quests like the water wasters are still hanging around town, never leaving. I've tried restarting, check my game files integrity, changing my graphic settings. What do i need to send to whom to get this looked at and fixed?

The game has been incredibly buggy since the last update. NPCs and the controlled character freezes in place and a restart is required to jolt them out of it. NPCs just stand in the middle of nowhere, doing nothing. Some of them are endlessly twirling in place. Andy keeps running even as you talk to him (camera issue?). Larry is permanently stuck at the entrance of the Outback, which qualifies as a game-breaker in term of his progress. In a nutshell, pathing is broken. Please, fix this.

I experience this as well, especially when I've played for an extended time, 2+ hour sessions. A game restart seems to fix it temporarily, but it soon starts again with the stuck in place, teleporting NPC's. Even the wildlife around the workshop are acting strange, Bumble Ants and Wild Yakmel walking up to and gathering at my fence constantly.

There is also a problem with story scenes not playing properly: necessary NPC's not being in the scene, so it gets stuck and I can't ESC out. Also, as has been mentioned, NPC's walking/running away. Logan is especially bad with this.

That's right. I've had scene freezes and one game freeze and had to reload the game. And there's more. These are legacy bugs that seem to have resurfaced with the latest update. Logan doesn't even fight when you go into the Geegler HQ. You have to exit the game and reload to clear that. In the same location, you have to reload several times to get Logan out of the small doorway where you can find a chest, before getting into the Geegler HQ crossroads leading to all the lab areas. I ran a scan of the local files and they check out, so these are bugs.

One of the problems with the "stuck" scenes is also that NPC's will be in a loop of walking away to do their other pre-scripted stuff, then run back to player. Currently stuck on the first sand painting with Nia. I've reloaded several times, no use. She keeps repeating the behaviour. She can stand there and talk to Sandy the rest of the day for all I care. I'm done. I have better things to do.

I've not done the Geegle HQ yet in my current game, but I'm getting pretty close to it. I had no major problems there a couple of weeks ago. Logan is just generally bad with pathing, though. He walks away when player is talking to him (camera follows) and he leaves meetings where he is needed for the plot. He also manages to totally mess up his own romantic missions.

I know a game reload will fix most of this stuff, but I really don't feel like reloading every time something is about to happen.
