Arvio, heavily bugged
First thing first - I've played this game on various stages, and last time was around half year ago. I remember perfectly his delivery questline so I kept in mind it exists.

Started a new playthrough recently, got his first delivery quest and delivered, no problem.
Next morning checking the map - his quest sign was in place. Ran to his house - was sleeping behind locked door, okay then - went to the church (was Sunday) to play cards with townsfolk. When I left the church and checked the map - Arvio's questsign disappeared from the map. He didn't have anything above his head either.

I thought "okay, somehow I screwed it up, will check next day if it will appear and try to grab as early as possible"
Next morning - no quest sign either. Thought maybe I somehow bugged it completely and failed the whole line. Waited for him to appear outside and talked to him and SUDDENLY he gave me a quest normally. He didn't have any signs above his head, yet triggered the quest normally.
Okay then, proceeded with doing the quests and checking him constantly.
And one morning he gave me 3 (three) quests in a row - delivery, 10 photo frames and sunshade, one after another in the same dialogue.

Pretty sure this shouldn't happen. At all.
Never happened before neither with him, nor with anyone else.

EDIT: Okay, now it happens to Venti too. Her second quest "Another night out" was shown on map at the start of the day, disappeared, but she gave the quest properly.

This is actually gamebreaking, since I won't know which quests are available AND I can't check each NPC each day so I won't miss anything. Literally - ends the playthrough...

Dear builder, so sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please provide to us a game save file before these quests? We'd like to reproduce this issue and try to fix it. Our email is QA@pathea.net
and the save files location: Drive where you installed Steam on:\program files (x86)\steam\userdata\user id\1084600\remote
Player.log file path: C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Pathea Games.Have a nice day!

Email was sent, for reference the mail is called "MTAS, bug reports, providing saves"
It covers up both this issue and this, described in another topic.

Okay, an update. Uninstalled and re-installed the game, in case the latest update went somehow wrong and game needed to re-acquire its files in full.
Started the new playthrough in case I missed something.
Well, the bug happened again. This time with Owen, his "On the House" introduction quest.

So it's not just Arvio or Venti, it's everyone. What I've discovered so far:

-Started to make saves at the end of current day, before midnight to be absolutely sure new day didn't begin yet.
-Went to bed. New day began, quest marks are present.
-Quick save. Load game. All quest marks will disappear from the map.
-Quest givers will give quests normally when talked to. Also when quest conditions are met, i.e. "make training sword for Burgess" - the mark on the map will appear correctly. So it's not the whole quest mark disappears forever, it's only quest starter marks. Which means taking all available quests first will make current day safe to save and load. Probably. In theory.
-However, as it happened already with Arvio, if the bug already happened to an NPC and it's quest mark disappeared at least once - it will disappear forever, for every other quest they'll have days later.

EDIT: Also, previous playthrough (saves provided above) I remember the quest for Amirah, when she asked for Clay. Each time it was the time to give her Clay - quest marks appeared correctly and showed her on map. And I loaded the game multiple times. Which again, proves the theory it's quest starting marks are bugged, if you already got the quests - these will work properly and all is well.

So far the only sollution I've came up with - make hard saves before the end of the day.
And do not load game (or leave) until you got and all quests available next day.
Or you'll bug NPC forever and are doomed to check them every day since then.

Basically it turns the game into Portia, either do a full day or restart (if you made a save yourself ofc)

Just to add a bit more - in that new playthrough: repaired the Euphalia Salvage elevator at Day 3 evening, got inside, grabbed Fish Fossil part - it activated Catori quest to repair the relic. Found Catori on the streets, talked to her - she directs you to museum, but museum is locked at the evening. So waited next day, did the same "save-load". Quest starters as usual disappeared, already present quest marker from Catori - stayed.
Again, already taken quests are either staying normally or appearing normally.
