Mort photos

I decided to start my game at the beggining. And doing Mort photos i found 2 photos so far, and the game updated. So no matter i gather some junks/dig in mines and dust the machines its seems i cannot find them all anymore..!

Dear builder, sorry for the inconvenience. Mort photos can be found in multiple ways, not only by digging in mines or junks. So we can't be sure if it's a bug. Do you have multiple different game saves? It could cause the problem like no more new photos showing up. Could you please send us a game save file and game log to our email: [e-mail] so we can have a further check of this issue? and the save files location: Drive where you installed Steam on:\program files (x86)\steam\userdata\user id\1084600\remote
Player.log file path: C:\Users\user\AppData\LocalLow\Pathea Games.Have a nice day!

Different games saves? You mean other games i do have portia and stardew valley and other but at this moment i don't play them. Bare with me please my english is not good!! 🙂 thanks!.

I mean Sandrock's game save file. You've played sandrock once before right? If you did, and did Mort's photo tasks before it could cause bug like that you couldn't find new photos. And game save file is not big, I guess you found a wrong file or folder.

Sorry took me so long to reply. Yes i did play once before. I got different save files but this time i delete them all and restart my game and at this point i was in the middle of building the bridge. And doing Morts photos again and found 1 photo so far. 3 days in row i was digging some junks, digging mines, picking some trash, dusting and cutting some dead tree's ect and never found them yet!. Thanks 🙂

I'm having the same problem. I went through the entire storyline, but couldn't find any pictures except the first one after the sandstorm. As a result I have 59/60 achievements ;(

Ok this is kind of odd! because i found 1 of the photo at the gecko station but the blue question mark on Mort head doesn't show!!..

Your missing 1 more achievements the sepia toned memories hope they fix's it!! good luck..

I have the same issue. just the first photo found "Mort and Zeke". I'm on year 3 and have found no more. Do you want my save file also or have you identified the issue and working on fix for everyone now?

I am having the same issue as other posters.

I'm midway into my second year (first playthrough) and only have one picture (Old Water Tower). I've been doing all sorts of activities on purpose to try and get more of these pictures, but with no luck (at this point my gathering is maxed).

UPDATE: Finally, at the end of the third year, I started receiving the photos. What triggered this behavior was after listening to one of Owen's stories for the "He Can Spin A Yarn..." achievement.

Thanks for your information, we are working on it.

Give me the opportunity to get the latest achievement. Please fix the bug, I can’t get an achievement for Mort’s photos. Photos don't fall out!

Went through the storyline, and failed in finding all photos. Before the patch that was supposed to fix this issue, I found them all though(!).
