Unable to complete Adventure in the Valley of Whispers?

I had the chat with Catori, and she sent me the letter asking me to meet her & others in the Valley of Whispers. Initially when I went to the valley entrance there was a marker there, but I was never able to click it and trigger the scene to happen. I left thinking I would come back later and try again. However the marker just disappeared.

Ever since then, the mission is still on my list but there is no marker or anything around the valley entrance. It's been 8 in-game days and I'm still stuck.

Anyone else having this problem?

I started completely over w a new character because I cannot get past this. Bummer.

Several months late, but I had this issue this morning. Updating one of my mods (specifically Ytas Lovers) is what fixed it.
