1. I got the quest for First Impressions and built both of the required builds
2. This part is important, do NOT install the two builds yet as that is what triggers A Grand Idea to fail the next morning(I tested it out with different save slots)
3. I had the paper drying on two racks at around 14:00 in game by accident but if you sleep through the next day all the paper needed will be done and you will not fail the quest therefore allowing you to give Arvio all 5 items
I guess TL;DR: Do NOT complete First Impressions before A Grand Idea as completing the former automatically fails the Builder for A Grand Idea and have your paper on two drying racks if possible
The whole point of the thread is that you need to be a fortune teller/diviner to know that turning in the one quest will auto-fail the other quest because it's simply impossible for most people to complete the quest in one day due to the 25 paper being required.
And you likely won't know about your error until you've gone to sleep, wake up the next day and the quest automatically fails, IE, you've already saved your game and it's too late now.
OBVIOUSLY, you could just not complete the other quest, but again, that requires you to be a psychic and/or read up on quest lines ahead of time. Not everybody wants to spoil themselves looking for GoneForevers to avoid.
