Machine Duplication Bug
I was able to duplicate my workshop machines. I'm able to re-produce the bug and seems to work on ANY machine I upgrade.

I would upgrade the machine while it was working, pick it up immediately and put it in my inventory. This gave me both the upgraded machine AND the previous machine. I was able to do this several times, might be isolated to me but wanted to know if anyone else can do this as well?

Its happening here too. I upgraded an Intermediate Tailoring machine, and ended up with both that and the new Advanced machine. Same thing happened a few minutes later when upgrading a Chef Station to the Advanced one.

I haven't upgraded machines in a few (real) days, today is the first time this happened to me.
