Missing proposal from Venti!

So I see Venti with a green symbol above her head. We chat, and she proposes, great! But then I get a game crash before I could save, so reloaded an earlier save. Didn't immediately track Venti down, and by the time I did, no proposal. I figured she'd ask again another day, but nope... I suspect this may have happened with other characters too, but I didn't even get to see their dialogue before it became unavailable.

I'm also not the only person to experience this:
