As I've been putting together the guide I've found some issues.
Whilst they are not game-breaking, they effect those of us that are completionists and sticklers for detail.

Steamed Meat Pie & Salty Eggs
There are no eggs in the recipe!

Sweet & Sour Pork
Does not have vinegar as the other S&S dishes do.

Fine Tomato Soup
Doesn't work
Stew/Cooking Pot ~ Tomato, Egg, Sand Leek, Large Crucian Carp

Drool with Joy Noodles
Can only get the Seesai Pepper Blend recipe once from Mysterious man.
No chance to get the recipe if the mission is missed or doesn't trigger.

Chilly Sandrice Noodles
Spelling inconsistency. Chili has been used elsewhere, not chilly.

I don't want to sound like an ass, but I'm not sure it's a bug. It's just a placeholder, but it doesn't cause the game to bug out in any way, does it?

Not seen it cause any issues. Just wanted to bring it to the devs attention.

Missing Ingredients

Is this intentional or am I missing something?

Sand Dates
Nine-Horn Dragon
Sand Scallop
Wolf Eel
Curry Powder
Snail
Snake Head Fish

In three playthroughs and I played long past all missions well into the 5th or 6th year, exploring every single pixel I could of the map, I've not found any of those ingredients. Also have not found Royal Bait. I believe that none of these ingredients are implemented in the game at this point.
