Stuck in a cutscene

A Npc was blocking my character to have the conversation with Mi-Am and Elise

That's a quick answer.
Sorry i'm gonna give move detail. So the quest name is "take it easy", restarting the game was completly fine, i didn't want to complain i really enjoy the game.
I wanted to report that to help you guys. So during the cutscene in which you can only alt f4 the game, my character was stuck trying to move towards a bench but a random npc in the blue moon tavern was blocking my character.
I did see that the character was at some point teleporting to reset it's movement but he was still stuck afterwards ( maybe you could add a security to teleport instantly to the destination of the cutscene )

We have the same problem in COOP, friend walked up the podium and got stuck in the scene... Nothing works, no escape, restart etc, ANd being coop we can do nothing with the files etc...

How can this be solved?

same stuck on recurring cutscene, loading a previous save skips it as it triggers soon as leave house but if go where it happens (outside clinic with fang and portia girls brother) there's nothing there
it gives msg mult triggers here and port out to reset but since can't move or get menu pretty moot
