Very slow loading times on fast HDD

1. i7-9700K - RTX 2800
2. ~130 FPS
3. as the title says, I get very very slow loading times on a HDD. I have limited SSD space and would appreciate any possible improvements to loading times.
This is not just loading between areas but also when speaking to people. Sometimes I get a green spinning circle for almost a minute until the conversation even starts.

I have the exact same issue, the loading takes forever for almost everything, trying to open the menu is just painful because it takes too long

i as well and its actualy getting worse for me. this seems to be a rather common issue hopefully the devs can pinpoint WTF is causeing this game breaking issue

HDDs are slow nowadays. You need an SSD. It had long load times on my HDD but pretty quick on my SSD.

We'll work on getting games loading faster on HDD, for now, we would advise players to install the game on SSD for maximized performance.
