Can't finish the download

Yesterday i waited 4 hours because the game decided to struggle to download.. then when its done it was still NOT done because it was stuck to 0 sec, so i decided to uninstall it but i got a error message like the game was occupied so i couldn't uninstall it ! Then the game decided to stop being in the download section to tell me : there is missing files so i verified the game and it started the download over again yay ! but then instead of verified i uninstalled it and right now im in the download AGAIN and its still so LONG im pretty sure im not done with the problem.. anyone HELP please :'(

Same here i have been waiting hours then it said missing files so downloading again
