i can't save

When i try ro save the game say can't save, and he infinite loading save, when i create a new game same think, i just can't save. I removed my saved files, i reinstall like a brand new and it's dosen't work.

My game won't save now either. It just has the saving icon going round and round in circles. I verified my files with steam and they were all ok, but it still won't save a new file.

Since posting this, I deleted some of my save files from my active games and it seems to have solved the problem for now. Many thanks.

Is it for the full release build?
So when you're playing Thai language version you cannot save, but after Switching to the English version, you can save then?

I have the same issue on the newest build. When I try to save it's pretty fast and a "Save successful" popup appear on the side, but the icon that shows it's saving doesn't disappear and the only way to get out is to alt+f4. When I start the game again my save is there, thankfully, but it's pretty annoying to have to restart every time I save.

Did you find the cause since then or should I send my saves too ?

I can't save it just says save failed. Most people gladly tell you, you can just delete a photo and it's fixed but I haven't unlocked the camera so I have no photos. I was so excited for this game, however this bug makes it completely unplayable. My save file isn't large I haven't gotten that far.

It helped me to delete a few saved games, it has something to do with the Steamcloud because it only has 1gb. And no, deactivating the Steamcloud doesn't help I don't know why I'm not good with stuff like that, I just know that it worked for me and maybe it will help you too.

i don't know it's the update or i try to removed the cloud another time and i launch my steam et administrator but now it's works

Encountering the same issue, resetting the Starship Ruins and entering level 1 fixed it for me.
