Stuck in mines

Ran out of stamina. Can't leave the mines.

Was this during a Quest (I thought that was no Stamina cost). If you are in an Abandoned Ruin, Press Tab (or whatever brings up your Action Wheel) and choose Leave/Exit.

Or you can bring up the map and there's a "leave mine" option from there. But story missions freeze time, not stamina use, so you may have to do them in multiple segments. Like in the Paradise Lost mission, about half-way through there's an exit since most players probably won't have a lot of stamina by that point.

Not true, Story Dungeons do not use Stamina. That includes side quest area's like Rescuing Qi from the Abandoned ruins.

However when doing The BREACH Story Dungeon you need the 130 Stamina to enter.

In Paradise Lost I was running out of health points, not stamina.

Go to the map then press R it will give u the option to exit the ruins and teleports you outside it ( I have a PC it might work for other gaming consoles but idk for sure)
