[Bug?] - Can't complete Paradise Lost and Found Quest

It seems that I can't complete the quest given to me by Qi when I completed the 2 trusses.

I went through the dungeon and defeated the control cat

The following quest targets are all checked as completed:
Following is completed

1. Head for Paradise Lost
   
2. Explore Paradise Lost
   
3. Destroy Console A, B & C
   
4. Attack Exposed Left, Middle & Right Core

The only one not checked is Destroy Console and Attack Exposed Core which is the parent target for all the already completed sub targets

I've gone through the area 3 times now and the final room is empty.

Am I missing something or should I have gotten the core when I defeated the boss?

You're supposed to attack console A, then the exposed item on Control Cat's back, then attack console B, then attack the new exposed item, then console C, then the third exposed item. That will destroy control cat and you get the strange core right away.

After that you exit by the door right behind Control Cat and return home.

Was your inventory full by any chance? You can buy new inventory slots pretty cheaply.

I played that mission an hour ago. It worked for me.

I did all that yes. I don't believe my inventory was full I have about 2 pages of slots and try to clear stuff out before going on main missions. May have gotten full from enemies though. I also didn't see an item on the ground. I looked around before leaving. Although it could've been stuck in the body considering the size. Now when I go back nothing is there.

What you said would make sense though. Guess it's just stuck now. Maybe a note for the devs on a way to help avoid this?

My invenstory actually overflowed at that time and I had 70 slots unlocked. I only noticed it because I'd played that level previously and hadn't got the core this time.

If you still have a savefile from that episode, please try and open the inventory screen. You'll see a small indicator at the bottom of the inventory page, in my case it showed [backpack icon] 70/70 - so all of my inventory slots were full. You can also see it from the main page, the backpack icon in the bottom of the screen (slightly to the right), if it has a red symbol on it, your backpack is currently full. In that case, go to the inventory screen, click the "+" icon and unlock a few more slots. The item you want is a "strange core" [or something like that], yellow, square-ish.

Also, if you're replaying the level, remember to get the items from the small room next to the larger room guarded by two robots slightly before you meet control cat You should get either flourite, gold or both from that room. They'll be useful later. You'll have the red key if you ran to the top of the stairs.

Thanks for testing that out. I've noticed the full inventory before just must have missed it that time. I'll send an email to the devs. Unfortunately I don't have a save from around then. I'll either have to start again or see if the other quest clears this one too once the waiting is over.

I appreciate all the extra tips as well.
