rainy day buckets

I absolutely love this game and the rainy day was a great addition! However, my buckets did not fill with water.

Well..... I now have another question. How do you use the water you collected from the buckets? If you collect water from your dew collectors, you can create a water vessel (jar/jug?) on your workbench and then can use the water for your tank or crops. I just now tried to create one of those using the water from my buckets, and the system only recognizes the water collected from my dew collectors. Because I my tank is full, I can't really use any water at all right now. I'm hoping I'll be able to use the water from my buckets the next time I need it. I'm afraid that will be a little while, but I'll try to post the results.

It's been several days in game time, and I still can't use the twelve buckets of water I collected. That kinda defeats the purpose of collecting it if it stays in the buckets. Hopefully they can fix this soon.

Yeah I saw the buckets fill, but if I pick them up, no dew or water, just a bucket. I thought at first I'd grabbed the bucket too soon, so I left it ALL DAY but same thing.

I just had my first rain. Placed two wooden barrels (one was the gift given to me from Burgess). Neither one of them collected any water. I didn't see a "collect" option next to them, whether I was placing it, it was on the ground, or in my inventory. I tried placing them in various places in my yard, and ultimately left them out all night, but the next morning all I could do was pick them back up.

I also noticed that my water tank was not losing water during the rain, but I tried picking up the barrels and that didn't change anything. Not sure if I'm missing something or if this is broken again.

They fill up after a few hours out in the rain. I just collected the first one for 3 dew. If you go to the Water World, all the barrels and containers around there are also filled with water and collectable

My first char did not get any water in bucket, my second did. You DO NOT pick up the bucket, if it is full there will be a 'Collect' option, click that to get 2-3 dew and that's all. Considering rainy days are insanely rare you probably got 10x the dew just collecting the wood for the buckets than you will ever get from the buckets themselves.

I do love the touch thought.
