I hope it will help when choosing what you want before spending a load of gols to find it's not quite what you expected. There's also information about the footprint size to help plan your yard layout.

I've not included the build cost or list of decorations and furniture just in case the details change over time. Please refer to the Showroom manual for specific details.

It will be an ongoing project as it takes a while to do.
I'll post here when I've completed another template.

Help needed with translation

I want to add the designers name to the guide to give them credit for their work. Some of these names are not in English and I'm not able to reproduce them in Chinese or other language.

Please could you help me either by translating to English or writing it here so that I can do a copy/paste into the guide.

I romanized them for you (translating would be very weird as it's like screennames), here you go:

This guide was on hold whilst I played through the full release content and updated other guides. I'm planning to get back to it over the weekend.

Couple of thoughts for the guide, how to save and export your show room to share with others. I know a few people who want to share theres, and don't know how to.

Below is as far as I got, but I couldn't figure out where the damn file is stored.

First step
1. Open Build Menu
2. Group all rooms together, (in the build menu, go into edit mode (where the menu buttons are gone, and muti-select all rooms, and assemble as a group)
3. Click Save Show Room
4. Name Show Room, and Save
5. Returned to show room manual, flip to the pages, to where you new saved showroom is.
6. Click on export, and save file to computer location of choice.
7. Upload file to a file hosting site, such as a media fire, and then share link with friends.

Thanks for that excellent idea Rei.

I'm not sure what the devs are planning on doing with this option. It would be good to be able to use a secure safe environment like Steam Workshop. It does look like they intend to do something.

My concern is sharing files from an unknown source which potentially could also contain some nasty malware etc. I wouldn't want to promote a site for file sharing as I don't want to be held if not legally then morally liable.

Let's hold onto that thought, (I've made a note of it), and see what the devs do next.
