You can repeat some dungeons as many times as you want, but there's not a procedurely generated dungeon that I'm aware of. I suggested they make something like that, but they probably had their hands full with just getting the content they already had planned done. Still, there's nothing saying they couldn't maybe add it as a post-release content update. Nothing saying they will either, but it's within their ability to do so if they so desire.
