It takes too long to actually max out this knowledge tree. I'm already in my 4th year and I still have not maxed it. Parties or Interactions should grant points. currently I can only farm by talking to each person everyday and gift them things which takes forever...

Running errands also gives you a lot of points. But, yes, unfortunately this skill tree is the hardest to develop.

It really takes forever. There are mods that make you get more points
