Upgrading mounts

I really can't seem to figure this out.

I get that the Fang special will half fill a unfilled stars, but I don't know what the Fang Special X does and my horses will get new empty stars, but I don't know what causes that so I can improve both of them to full (I'm assuming 5 stars in speed and stamina).

I played around with it also. I think you can only have so many Stars. Taking the various pills will adjust the stars in the line but never exceeding the max. I think one pill will fill a half star and the other will adjust the Stuff at the bottom, the bonuses.


Special X only raises the Quality. I don't know if it adds TOTAL stars on quality raise (still waiting to raise to rare.)

I have a Yakamel so 3 Stars for speed is good might play around with it more once i reach Rare (and see if I can raise it to LEGENDARY (not a real thing)).

My one horse is at rare - so that's the Fang X then, right? Maybe that is why the stars went up. The one horse has 5 speed and 3.5 for stamina.

Yeah, okay, just tested and the Fan X raises the quality - I wasn't noticing the colour was changing on the other one. Just did that to the green level one with much less stars, and now, even only at perfect, it just boosted to the same as the other horse...but that's seem off.

I would love more instructions in the game, developers. It's not clear like the training in Portia. I want top tier horses only - I wanna RIDE. I enjoy it. In Portia riding was faster than the stops, so I almost never used them (though I miss them now for being FREE).
