Can you have NPC names on the map with the green circles ?

I kinda try to be friends with mi-an but I have no idea where I can find her most of the time, I see the green circles but she could be anyone of that.
is there a way to see the names on the map ? or can someone tell me where Mi-an is most of the time ? I never see her inside Sandrock only a few times

There is a ability under the friendship skill tree that allow you to see friends on the map (But I think you have to be Buddies with them to see them), but other than that, there is not. However you could maybe check around her home, workshop, or maybe the Commission building for her.
