Where's Mi-an?

I have her as friend with the perk that shows friends on map. It has been 7 days since I last saw her. I'm currently on the new year festival and she isn't here.
Where is she?

maybe in his house, i usually see her running in the dessert behind your own house, i hope you dont have a bug, i had a mission bugged to find a mob in some part of the map but i never find it, i complete the game and never find the mob in this run even with the map fully completed

It turns out that she was at the civil corps building, waiting for me to trigger a small animation.
At least I set her(and a few other towns people) free from having to wait until I showed up.
