Cut Scene Glitches

So not my first play through. I've see two cut scenes where the cut scene plays through once then gets triggered again and plays.

One of these was when I walked out the gate of my shop yard and the cut scene played, when it was over I when to move and the cut scene started again. Sorry I've forgotten the cut scene.

This is a fresh play through just started a couple of days ago. I also had the game lock up on a loading screen for geko station entry. When I killed the game after 5 minutes there was an update to the game that ran.
