Question?
Dose anyone know how long do we have to complete the main story missions
and how long for side mission stories.

Just a general time frame ? for each at max time period before the close

My Time At Sandrock wiki at Fandom has that information. Look under Mechanics/Missions/Main Missions.

Most main missions don't have deadlines. The ones that do can be anywhere from same day to two weeks.

Take your time. I have one save at 7 years and the other still in Year One and maybe 3/4 the way through the current content.

Just noticed that you also asked about side missions. You'll find that information on the wiki under Mechanics/Missions/Side Missions. I think most of the new missions have been added.

Like the main missions, most side missions don't have deadlines. The ones that do have deadlines can be anywhere from the same day to as much as four weeks.
