Luck Stat

Can anyone describe what Luck stat does? HOw increase it? What luck's cap?

When the 4 leaf clover goes (green icon to the left of your health bar) off you get luck 777.
I don't think any of use have notice a real change when it does that right now. Might not be fully in game yet?

Stats on building items seem to have the same RNG, mining/quarry doesn't pop like 4 blood stone, damage on weapons doesn't seem to increase, etc.

luck also helps when making items it can upgrade an item when you pick it up

Luck would seem to effect your chances to get a higher quality item, through various means. For some items (sandfishing traps, feather dusters, clothing, etc) this can be the only way to get higher quality versions of those items (make batches of 5-10 at a time).
