No. Evershine is a new settlement being founded 3 years after the events in the other My Time games.

From what I read in KS the area Evershine is settle is the area where Everglade gang is active. So, after portia I guess she go back to join her main force.

It's never mentioned in canon, but it's implied that Everglade and her pirate gang are based in Lucien (where Mali and the Flying Pigs are also based), but that gives them plenty of room in the northern Free Cities and the border regions of Duvos and Ethea to operate. Makes sense that Settlement 2 will draw their attention.

Aha the plot thickens....lol I was watching the trailer and realized when the char threw down the wanted sign it was a pic of everglade from portia lol also is that addit under the pic of trailer the one with black hair and beard? he hired the pirates in portia right?
